Established with humble beginnings in the small picturesque town of Grand Lake, Colorado, where vacation rentals were plentiful but rental management companies were minimal, Owner/Operator Rebecca Leonard saw a need for a company that could provide guidance and assistance to luxury home owners and vacation rental owners in the area with the attention to detail they required.  In just a short time, We 3 Company blossomed into a “one stop shop” for homeowners seeking assistance with any and everything related to estate management maintenance, vacation management, and Airbnb rental.

 

Since 2018, We 3 Company has built an all-star team comprised of experts in luxury estate management and Airbnb property management, maintenance, grounds and landscaping, boutique hotel practices, real estate management for multi property investors, as well as homeowner association management.  Our portfolio includes numerous high profile clients, as well as private investors seeking guidance on asset protection and promotion through proper rental management, rental endeavors, and best practice recommendations.  We 3 Company provides discrete yet personalized helping hands for each one of our clients, as our staff is thoroughly vetted and bound to confidentiality agreements prior to working in your home.

 

Our vacation rental management and estate management areas have expanded over the years to include the Colorado front range (Colorado Springs and Denver). We are also pleased to announce that we have added additional estate management and Airbnb management services related to event planning and management for clients that wish to host private or corporate events on the premise of their estate. Our sister company “Concierge 4 Charity” holds a network of private vendors that are available for almost any need imaginable.  We have previously hosted private estate events for organizations such as “Protect Human Rights,” and the “Climate and Health Foundation.
